Working with renowned international brands and intellectual properties (IP), we create exciting opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and growth. We are passionate about building a diverse and talented team where individuals can develop their careers, broaden their international exposure, and make a meaningful impact.
We manufacture a wide range of products for our customers, including infant and preschool toys, children's role-play toys, electronic toys, licensed products, and consumer goods. In addition to producing products for leading brands, we also develop and market our own branded products, supported by our in-house design and development capabilities.
Regardless of whether your design is in its early or mature stage, our engineering team can assist in finalizing it based on your specific requirements.
Whether your needs are mechanical, electronic, or manufacturing-oriented, our experienced engineering team is fully equipped to manage complex projects at every stage, from design and development to mass production.
Our manufacturing operations are powered by Epicor ERP, enabling seamless production planning and material management. By leveraging real-time data and integrated workflows, we improve inventory control, optimize resource utilization, and enhance operational efficiency, supporting consistent product quality and on-time delivery.
Our manufacturing process includes injection molding, blow molding, electronic assembly, decoration, general assembly, and packaging. Our manufacturing team members at all facilities in the PRC and Indonesia receive ongoing training on international quality and safety standards to ensure that we deliver products of the highest quality.
Quality has always been our top priority. ISO 9001 serves as the foundation for ensuring the quality of our products. In 2010, we invested nearly US$0.5 million in our Chemical Testing Laboratory, which is equipped to conduct both organic and inorganic analyses, including testing for heavy metals and phthalates.
Our in-house mold shop is equipped with all the essential machinery for mold making, including:
CNC machining center
Drilling machines
Electronic Discharge Machines (EDM)
Lathes
Milling machines
Grinding machines
All our injection machines are sourced from Haiti, the world’s largest manufacturer of injection molding machines, with capacities ranging from 80 to 450 tons.
We have two Mini Module Mounters (Surface Mount Technology, SMT) from Yamaha and Samsung, as well as six ASM bonding machines. Our production capacity is 50,000 electronic components per day.
Spraying, Tempo printing, Pad printing, and Silkscreen printing are the four main processes in our decoration department.
Our environmentally friendly roto-casting machines can accommodate roto components up to 10 inches wide.
Our assembly lines are capable of manufacturing a wide range of products, from individual components to large role-play sets.
Our QA Laboratory is equipped to conduct mechanical tests in accordance with ASTM, EN 17, GB, and other standards. To meet RoHS and other current safety requirements, our XRF lab features the Uniton XRF testing machine, which allows us to determine the elemental content, such as lead (Pb), chromium (Cr), and mercury (Hg), in all incoming materials, paints, and products from our plastic processing departments.
Our chemical testing lab is equipped to comply with most of the latest chemical safety standards worldwide. Our team is also available to assist with any chemical-related issues.
