We manufacture a wide range of products for our customers, including infant and preschool toys, children's role-play toys, electronic toys, licensed products, and consumer goods. In addition to producing products for leading brands, we also develop and market our own branded products, supported by our in-house design and development capabilities.

Our manufacturing operations are powered by Epicor ERP, enabling seamless production planning and material management. By leveraging real-time data and integrated workflows, we improve inventory control, optimize resource utilization, and enhance operational efficiency, supporting consistent product quality and on-time delivery.

Our manufacturing process includes injection molding, blow molding, electronic assembly, decoration, general assembly, and packaging. Our manufacturing team members at all facilities in the PRC and Indonesia receive ongoing training on international quality and safety standards to ensure that we deliver products of the highest quality.

Quality has always been our top priority. ISO 9001 serves as the foundation for ensuring the quality of our products. In 2010, we invested nearly US$0.5 million in our Chemical Testing Laboratory, which is equipped to conduct both organic and inorganic analyses, including testing for heavy metals and phthalates.

We have two Mini Module Mounters (Surface Mount Technology, SMT) from Yamaha and Samsung, as well as six ASM bonding machines. Our production capacity is 50,000 electronic components per day.

Spraying, Tempo printing, Pad printing, and Silkscreen printing are the four main processes in our decoration department. 

Our environmentally friendly roto-casting machines can accommodate roto components up to 10 inches wide.
